Progress Learning- Bento Art = Timing

We're dieting in progress or in other word, my darling and I tried to lose many inches all around our waistline and body ^_^. To make this happen, I wake up early in the morning and cook for our breakfast. We gobble on salads, chicken and eggs. Mostly our diet consisting of lean protein. We try to adapt Atkins diet with a little loose rule. On the other hand, rice, bread, sweet desert and flavorful juices or drink are a BIG NO NO. We kept telling ourselves even until now that we need to be at ideal weight to be healthy and to make our body ready for receiving babies. I hope we'll be having our bundle of joy soon. We're working hard on it. Wink! Okay! Enough about that. Actually in this post, I want to show to you what we're eating for the past week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacking time. We're not so strict with protein only diet. 

Day 1 (Monday)
Breakfast : 1 egg cook in microwave 
Lunch      : Radix Fried Chicken & Coleslaw
Dinner     : Lemon Chicken
Lunch (Monday) - RFC (Radix Fried Chicken)

Coleslaw

Dinner (Monday) - Lemon Chicken
Day 2 (Tuesday)
Breakfast : 1 egg cook in microwave 
Lunch      : Fried Fish (Kembung)
Dinner     : KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) without mash potato, Satay (Restoran Abang) without peanut gravy 
Lunch (Tuesday) - Fried Fish
Day 3 (Wednesday)
Breakfast : Salad & Tuna
Lunch      : Salad & Tuna
Dinner     : Chicken with soy sauce
Breakfast & Lunch (Wednesday) - Salad & Tuna

Dinner (Wednesday) - Chicken with Soy Sauce 
 Day 4 (Thursday)
Breakfast : Fried Prawn & Egg Tofu
Lunch      : Fried Prawn & Egg Tofu
Dinner     : Black Pepper Chicken & Cabbage cooked with Coconut milk 
Breakfast & Lunch (Thursday) - Fried Prawn & Egg Tofu

Dinner (Thursday) - Black pepper Chicken

Dinner (Thursday) - Cabbage cooked with Coconut milk
Day 5 (Friday)
Breakfast : Salad & Tuna & Egg
Lunch      : Cabbage cooked with turmeric powder, fried egg & Green Curry Chicken
Dinner     : Uncle Bob Chicken 
Breakfast (Friday) - Salad & Tuna & Egg

Breakfast (Friday) -Tuna in Tomato (One of the way to make your kids eat veggies)
Lunch (Friday) - Cabbage cooked with turmeric powder, fried egg & Green Curry Chicken
Day 6 (Saturday) -->Sorry no picture. Too excited to eat >_<
Brunch     : Salad & Tuna  (Subway) - very generous salad dressing
Dinner     : Prawn stir fry with Salad

Day 7 (Sunday)
Brunch     : Salad & Fish cakes with added Chia seed
Dinner     :  Steamboat Dinner with family (picture are mean to be viewed by family only)
Brunch (Sunday) - Salad & Fish cakes with added Chia seed

P.S : The menu above is only from 3 to 9 June 2013. From 10 to 16 June 2013 I will upload it in the next week post T_T. Note that we only drink plain water, Chinese tea and honey lemon (once) only. It's good to overcome your cravings for sugar or sweet things.
