Progress Learning- Bento Art = Timing

We're dieting in progress or in other word, my darling and I tried to lose many inches all around our waistline and body ^_^. To make this happen, I wake up early in the morning and cook for our breakfast. We gobble on salads, chicken and eggs. Mostly our diet consisting of lean protein. We try to adapt Atkins diet with a little loose rule. On the other hand, rice, bread, sweet desert and flavorful juices or drink are a BIG NO NO. We kept telling ourselves even until now that we need to be at ideal weight to be healthy and to make our body ready for receiving babies. I hope we'll be having our bundle of joy soon. We're working hard on it. Wink! Okay! Enough about that. Actually in this post, I want to show to you what we're eating for the past week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacking time. We're not so strict with protein only diet. 

Day 1 (Monday)
Breakfast : 1 egg cook in microwave 
Lunch      : Radix Fried Chicken & Coleslaw
Dinner     : Lemon Chicken
Lunch (Monday) - RFC (Radix Fried Chicken)

Day 2 (Tuesday)
Breakfast : 1 egg cook in microwave 
Lunch      : Fried Fish (Kembung)
Dinner     : KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) without mash potato, Satay (Restoran Abang) without peanut gravy 
Lunch (Tuesday) - Fried Fish
Day 3 (Wednesday)
Breakfast : Salad & Tuna
Lunch      : Salad & Tuna
Dinner     : Chicken with soy sauce
Breakfast & Lunch (Wednesday) - Salad & Tuna

Dinner (Wednesday) - Chicken with Soy Sauce 
 Day 4 (Thursday)
Breakfast : Fried Prawn & Egg Tofu
Lunch      : Fried Prawn & Egg Tofu
Dinner     : Black Pepper Chicken & Cabbage cooked with Coconut milk 
Breakfast & Lunch (Thursday) - Fried Prawn & Egg Tofu

Dinner (Thursday) - Black pepper Chicken

Day 5 (Friday)
Breakfast : Salad & Tuna & Egg

Breakfast (Friday) -Tuna in Tomato (One of the way to make your kids eat veggies)
Lunch (Friday) - Cabbage cooked with turmeric powder, fried egg & Green Curry Chicken
Day 6 (Saturday) -->Sorry no picture. Too excited to eat >_<
Brunch     : Salad & Tuna  (Subway) - very generous salad dressing
Dinner     : Prawn stir fry with Salad

Day 7 (Sunday)
Brunch     : Salad & Fish cakes with added Chia seed
Dinner     :  Steamboat Dinner with family (picture are mean to be viewed by family only)
Brunch (Sunday) - Salad & Fish cakes with added Chia seed

P.S : The menu above is only from 3 to 9 June 2013. From 10 to 16 June 2013 I will upload it in the next week post T_T. Note that we only drink plain water, Chinese tea and honey lemon (once) only. It's good to overcome your cravings for sugar or sweet things.

Flower in Pot- Part 2

I have told you about my flower hydrangea right, the one that we buy early October 2012. Hehehe. Two days after the branch started to brown, all the flowers become spoilt and not pretty anymore. Now on 6th January, that is last, last weeks, she started to blooms! How happy am I! I thought that the flower is the new leaves, but it proves the otherwise. Alhamdulillah

The flower become prettier each week and I water her with tap water while reciting zikr and words of gratitude every morning before I went to work. I even follows the blogger advise to use coffee ground as her fertilizer and spoke to her while crumbling(is this the right word? haha) her soil. >_<

But one things I notice on 13th January while watching her flowers and scanning for pest signs is that, the flower petals is not 4 as usual! Some of it has up to 6 petals and some 5, but most of them are normal. Is it going to evolve? Because those normal 4 petals is not as normal as usual, but those 4 petals going to revolt more. Thinking that it will be impossible for plants to revolt, but now everything is possible. (Too much of sci-fi novel will definitely going to mess your brain! Hahaha) Let it be. I'll be happy if the flower blooming more and more and started to change color. Love them dearly.


P.S: If you care for plants, they will definitely give you something back. Just think about what if you care about yourself and God? Definitely God will give you more than you've ever asked/ can think of.

1st Anniversary

24 december 2012 will be our first anniversary. HAPPY? Yet there's a lot more to be accomplish in future. Will this be our first start of happy years to come or not? Will there be 2nd , 3rd and lots more anniversary? Yet only Allah know what have been kept for us. What is the use of showing happiness to other while pinning one own heart to suffer. What is the meaning. It may be overwhelm with joy, laughter and  warm smiles, but in the end you sleeps with your pillow wet from tears. No? Be patient, steadfast is the answer, Allah will not test you if you're not capable and cannot bear it. Evil will laugh, grin and claps for what is inside the human head if we're only think based on nafs.

Affiliate Program

I'm new in this affiliate program. It happens that I've found a nice link to e-book on how to write scripts (drama and movie stuff). I believe, the writer is one of the experts in the field. I will somehow and someday get the e-book myself.

Feel like writing a drama script sometimes, but...my will power is not that strong. It might end up half way through. Arghh...Needs to dig up my passion again. Allah please help me.

Life

Life is like a twisted branch if you did not manage it properly.

Utterly speaking, all the ups and downs have its own reason. Why? You may not know it instantly, but you'll be revealed to it slowly. Maybe some of us start slowly from below and little start right at the top, it doesn't matter. All that's matter is where is our last destination and who have we become. Says, gratitude and humbleness are important in life, it makes us feel enough with what we have, but at the same time we strive to excel to a higher level of life. Seeking after money, fame and wealth are just temporary, but it's not a sin. On the other hand, it is blessing life, peace and harmony that we suppose to search and aim.
